A legal disclaimer
Infinity Sports Travel operates under Travel Pack Ltd, registered number 09712043 and ABTA membership number Y6283. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, along with the general information available on our website. Please review these terms carefully as they outline our rights and responsibilities in our contract with you.
1. Booking Confirmation
To confirm your booking with Infinity Sports Travel, we will issue a booking confirmation and/or request a deposit. Payment of this deposit implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. The 'party leader,' who must be at least 18 years old, is responsible for securing permission from all travelers in the group and managing all payments to us.
2. Payment
A non-refundable deposit or full payment is required at booking. Final payment dates and due dates for balances will depend on what was agreed upon at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers and credit cards, subject to a surcharge. Failure to make full payment by the agreed due date may result in booking cancellation.
3. Travel Insurance
Personal insurance is not included. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover potential costs such as cancellation, repatriation, loss of baggage, and medical emergencies. Please carry proof of insurance.
4. Financial Protection
All package holidays in the EEA booked through ABTA members include financial protection. Packages under 24 hours or for business travel may not be protected. Our ATOL license covers packages with flights; for packages without flights, this may not apply. Our ATOL number is 2866.
5. Documentation
Booking confirmations, invoices, and other travel documents will be sent by email to the provided address at the time of booking. Once documents leave our office, we are not responsible for their loss unless due to our negligence.
6. Transfers
Transfers are usually shared coaches, unless private transfers are specifically arranged at the time of booking. Passengers must adhere to scheduled pickup and drop-off times and locations.
7. Hotels
Hotel rooms are subject to availability, and room preferences (e.g., double or twin beds) cannot be guaranteed. Hotels may request a credit card upon check-in for incidental expenses and may also charge city tax or resort fees, payable directly to the hotel.
8. Event Tickets
Tickets will be provided 24-48 hours before the event unless stated otherwise. Seating together is guaranteed if agreed upon at the time of booking. For group bookings, seating arrangements together can also be arranged if requested in advance. Please ensure you have a smartphone and internet access for electronic tickets, as many tickets will be available through mobile download.
9. Travel Preparations
Ensure your travel, passport, visa, and insurance documents are in order. Follow all instructions provided in your travel documents.
10. Cancellations and Amendments
All cancellation or amendment requests must be made in writing. Depending on the agreed payment terms, cancellations may result in credit vouchers, full refunds, or partial refunds, according to what was agreed upon at booking.
11. Changes by You
Any changes requested after confirmation must be made in writing. Fees apply for changes, subject to supplier charges. Most airlines do not permit name changes after ticket issuance.
12. Cancellation by You
Cancellations must be made in writing by the party leader. Charges apply based on the timing of the cancellation. Insurance is recommended to cover cancellation costs.
13. Changes by Us
In rare cases, we may need to make changes to your arrangements. For significant changes, you will be notified promptly and offered alternative arrangements or a refund.
14. Event Organizer Cancellations
If an event is canceled or modified, credit may be offered for future events within one year of the issued credit date. Price adjustments may apply.
15. Complaints
If any issues arise during your holiday, inform the local representative or supplier immediately. Complaints unresolved on-site should be reported to us in writing within 28 days of your return.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of terrorism, world pandemics, or health outbreaks such as Coronavirus.
17. Foreign Office Advice
We advise checking the Foreign and Commonwealth Office website for updated travel advisories before departure.
18. Pricing
Prices may fluctuate due to exchange rates and supplier costs. Adjustments exceeding 2% of the total cost will result in a surcharge or refund. Pricing is also subject to change before a booking is agreed upon and confirmed due to the popularity of events.
19. Safety Standards
Service standards are based on the destination country’s regulations, which may differ from UK standards.
20. Flights
Flight details may change. You will be informed of carrier changes or delays as soon as we are notified.

For delays or cancellations, please refer to the Denied Boarding Regulations for potential compensation. We are not liable for delays but will assist with guidance when possible.
22. Behavior & Damage
You are responsible for any damage or loss caused by you or your group during the trip. Failure to respect this may result in the termination of your holiday without a refund.
